Born in the city of Barcelona, Jose Luis Fettolini is jewelry design and creative director, and the author of "Sustainable Jewellery, Principles and Processes for Creating an Ethical Brand" book published by Promopress in 2018.
He is the founder of Workshop R2 Corporation, a international learning platform based in Barcelona and Bangkok city, which offer online masters and courses, intensive workshops programs and coaching to respond to the needs of new and professional jewelry designers to reorient and expand their knowledge in creative management, design, branding, marketing and sustainable practices.
Jose Luis has worked as a jewelry designer for reputable firms like Epaulettes, Jaume Labro, Oro Vivo, Borelli, Joi d’Art, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Adolfo Domínguez, Victorio & Lucchino, Vidal&Vidal or Antonio Miró, among many others. His fascination with travel has led him to work as a jewelry designer and consultant with several companies and schools of design in countries such as Thailand and Turkey.
Currently he combines his work as a jewelry designer with teaching and consulting services for companies, brands, jewelers and schools around the world as IED Barcelona, United Nations, Alliance for Responsible Mining and JORGC. Also he collaborates with the Fairmined® international certificate about diffusion of sustainable jewelry design and practices.
